National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Ability Plus Physiotherapy is able to provide services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants whose plans are Plan Managed or Self Managed.

Chronic Disease Management Plan

Clients with a chronic condition (present for more than 6 months) may be eligible for Medicare rebates under the CDM plan. A GP referral is required.
