About Us

Ability Plus Physiotherapy was established in 2013 to provide mobile quality Physiotherapy services to the people of South West Sydney.

Sharon has over 25 years experience as a Physiotherapist working with children, adults and their families, including six years at The Children's Hospital at Westmead and six years as a Senior Physiotherapist at Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC). Her passion is to enable children and adults with movement difficulties to reach their full potential.  Sharon is also a mother to four young children.

Sharon has extensive experience in equipment prescription (walking and standing frames, strollers and wheelchairs), and has also completed training in the prescription and application of Theratogs, Kinesiotape and SPIO orthosis to help improve movement and function.
